Jerome Wilson

Post by bodyactive »

I would like to comment on what I find unacceptable .at the BBC of Control Awards night Jerome was a guest and also at the awards was his long term trainer and manager Dave Coldwell.I cannot believe he never once asked JEROME how he was keeping after his ordeal and as he as known him for over 15 years as a young boy. That tells the reallity of the situation and proves it's all about money.i would say you got to be lower than a snakes belly to act like that and be riddled in guilt.Jeromes book wiped out speaks a lot of truths about how bad some fighters are treat by Managers absolutely discussing

I might have missed it but I've read the book and don't remember anything Jerome said about managers.

Jerome, admittedly could not sell out a phone box for whatever reason and he knew he was very fortunate to still be put on Dave's shows. I'd say thats loyal management.

Ye very loyal like at ponds forge when he was already to box then coldwell pulled him and gave his opponent to Maxi Hughes.ye very loyal and putting him back in with a man that dropped him in his previous fight.I don't know any manager who would have done that. He's no defence a proper snake

And I know if it was me I'd have visited him and everyone I saw him I would have asked how he was and made a fuss unless I was ashamed or guilty then I'd avoid him.like he did

Cause he as how do I know he held back in his book and could have said a lot more he was selling his opponents purse and paying his own small wage but last 4 fights did ok and was never helped by his manager or his promotions no manager would have put his fighter back in with serg unless it benefitted the promotion.telling u he's scum

Jerome is a good person who you wouldn't ignore especially if you had him from a young lad.
