How good is ISAAC CHAMBERLAIN, 5-0 only 1 KO and sheared a round with Jason Jones who's 0-7-0.........

Wadi is the champion and is 7/2 Chamberlain 1/6....
Up to 3/1 for wadi now , are the bookies caught up in the hype or do they know something we don't ? Seems long odds
Dunno what's with that price. 7/2 with PP seems very big. Worth a small bet.

I'm mostly an underdog bettor for boxing so I have a few plays this weekend. Perez is impressive enough with his body attack to be better than a 2-1 dog to veteran Petrov on the Golden Boy card streaming tonight and the other play on CBS SN is just a small stab in the dark on a puncher at huge odds with two LHW's who haven't beaten any names. For Saturday Parker should dispatch his opponent in New Zealand in the early to mid rounds in the heavyweight bout so I bet the under 9½. Hopefully Cleverly can get a fair decision in Germany if it comes to that tomorrow afternoon.

Friday:

Golden Boy Boxing on Ring TV Live- Lightweight 12 Rounds:

Michael Perez (+200) vs Petr Petrov $50.00 for $100.00

Sports Spectacular on CBS SN- Light Heavyweight 12 Rounds:

Chris Traietti (+2000) vs Mike Lee $25.00 for $500.00

Saturday:

New Zealand- Heavyweight 12 Rounds:

Joseph Parker/Alexander Dimitrenko Under 9½ (-113) $113.00 for $100.00

Sky UK from Germany- Light Heavyweight 12 Rounds:

Nathan Cleverly (+155) vs Juergen Braehmer $75.00 for $116.25

Nathan Cleverly wins by Decisions (+285) $50.00 for $142.50

Yes, Petrov lost to Zlaticanin but has since won all his fights, which includes tonight's beatdown of Michael Perez.

Edit: I see that you are referring to the result listed on BoxRec, which incorrectly has Perez as the winner.

That Parker fight was a real missed opportunity. Practically free money!

Yeah, I really liked the under 9½ there. Got lucky on Cleverly winning though after Braehmer injured his elbow. Ended up as a profitable betting weekend on boxing over all.

Lomachenko 3/1 for ko/tko at Paddies, seems far too big for me, just got on but don't know how long it will be there.

Just seen a few videos of Manny pacs current training camp on Facebook and noticed one of his little kids training along side him having a laugh and that in most of the vids, am I reading too much into this or has he taken his eye off the ball ? it might be common practice for him to have his kids in camp but can't say I've noticed it before, Vargas is 9-2

burns fight not to go distance

this relikh has no pedigree at all and think burns knocks him out in 2nd gear

just to be on safe side i'll take it not to go distance rather than burns stoppage

I'm posting a bit late as I just tuned in while the Cardle fight was in progress, but my action this weekend:

Ricky Burns wins inside distance (+190) vs Kiryl Relikh $52.63 for $100.00
Scott Cardle (-700) vs Kevin Hooper + Dillian Whyte (-1000) vs Ian Lewison + Ricky Burns (-400) vs Kiryl Relik $175.00 for $100.00

Art Hovhannisyan (+310) vs Diego Magdaleno $32.26 for $100.00

Liam Walsh wins by 12 round decision (-126) vs Andrey Klimov $50.40 for $40.00

Anyone else think that Joe Murray is worth a punt at 5/2? Fighting Rashid Kassem in Denmark this weekend. Murray hasn't always set the world alight but he has the tools to be a decent boxer and he will be a lot better than anyone Kassem has faced to date.

Definitely worth a punt, I'll be backing it as a single as well as doubling it up with a Ryan Walsh win. Murray was in a very close fight first time round with Liam Walsh, who's a class act, he's been active this year compared to Kassem who's last fight was in March.

First fight was 3 years ago though and he was brushed aside in the rematch.

Never heard of Kassam before I suppose he could be anything. Could be a decent little fight.

Watched a bit of Kassem. He looks alright, can box off the backfoot and frontfoot well, decent handspeed, decent footwork. Will be difficult for Murray to beat him in a straight up boxing match. He was outboxed a few times in the WSB though so it can be done but I get the feeling it would be too close on the cards for Murray to win away from home. If Murray puts the pressure on he might be able to win the rounds a bit more convincingly or maybe overpower Kassem but Kassem looks euro level and should be able to grind out a win on points.

Like the look of Campbell to be knocked down at 7/2. Bellew to be knocked down at 5/1 isn't bad either
