John Lathem

Very objective opinions of refs but i think john lathem will be the next A star ref.Been watching him ref a long time quite closley a lot of the time and seen a real step up in his over all reffing in last six months.
Lathem seems to have got the genuine confidence that can only be got from experience and actualy doing the job to be a top class ref.
My prediction is he will be britains next a star ref

Kevin McIntyre was doing his training as a ref last I heard. He'd make a good ref. the sport should do more to encourage guys like him to take up officiating.
