Is Bryant Jennings retired?

Post by Freedom2013 »

He hasn't fought this year, and isn't scheduled to fight.

I haven't seen a word about him in the boxing news websites for many months.

I think he just got hit hard in his last fight. He probably needs to take off a real amount of time.

Jennings seems smarter than your average boxer. He probably made a bunch of money off of the klitscho fight and followed it up with a decent payday with Ortiz. He probably doesn't need the money and is bidding his time after a tough fight. My guess is he will come back against a couple of midlevel guys before positioning himself for a another good payday.

He started Boxing at 24 and he has one of the best streak of opponents in the division. He has proved A LOT and all his hard work paid off he's made some nice purses.

He's back training on Instagram but getting KO'd by a monster like Ortiz he definitely needs some time off.
