BIGGEST BOXING TIP EVER

Post by lirva33 »

MARK HOBSON is 4/1 to WIN the fight against macaroni. This is incredible odds and I have put down a 4 FIGURE SUM on Hobson to WIN.

I suggest some of you do the same.

I am looking at a 5 figure pay out when Hobson spanks this macaroni.

GET ON!

Well, how's about this for a tip. Watching Calzaghe on the pads with his dad, I'd say his left hand ain't fully recovered from the Ashira fight.

Heart says Calzaghe, head says Lacy somewhere after the 8th round.

If Joe can't put the pop in his rear hand he's going to have a very tough night.

A fully fit Calzaghe firing on all cylinders would have his work cut out against Lacy, let alone one with a bad hand.

Joe's going to have to jab and move and box his way to victory, but I can't see him doing that against such a physical specimen as Left Hook.

Frank Bruno was a physical speciman.

This will be one of Joes easiest fights.

No point busting you money hand for a workout in front of a few scribes.

Jeff Lacy also has a much better chin than Frank Bruno, and he ain't afraid to get hit. Everyone selling Jeff short is in for a surprise, win or lose, to say it's an easy fight is ridiculous.

Its not ridiculous at all. Jeff is no Marvin Hagler.

If he aint afraid to get hit, he will be after this fight.

He's out of his depth mate. Way out of his depth

He's too easy to hit, far too easy.

Lacy's opposition is as good? his best guys were beat by Joe first.

We will see Saturday, but your boy is gonna get a 10/10 thumping.

Did I say anything about Lacy's opposition being great, or Jeff having this be one of his easiest fights? Not at all. I think you well-underestimate Jeff's skills. Calling this an easy fight for either guy is as about as farfetched as it gets.

What skills?

He's just a rough strong kid. Calzaghe's way above his league

Its like comparing John Conteh to Victor Galindez

Lacy will be no trouble for Joe, no trouble at all

You'll see.

If Joes hands hold out he should win this, probably on points, Joes speed should be the difference...

HAHA, no skills my ass. The kid has a very, very solid chin, has tons of heart and desire. May not be the fastest guy, but he hits like a fornicating bus. He hasn't had any major hand problems in his career, and he's young and hungry to make a statement...what does Joe have for intangibles going in? Coming off a broken hand, talking about retirement, changing classes, fighting infront of HIS fans eventhough he's not English, the fact he hasn't fought anyone decent since Richie Woodhall in 2000...what exactly is it that you see making this such an easy fight for Joe?

I wouldnt rank Lacy up with Galindez, who was one of the toughest fighters I've seen and very smart too... he was a great fighter...

I agree Joe wins this, but maybe not as confident as you are :TU:

Just hope the hands hold out ok. But if he boxes Lacy, there's a chance it could be an easy night. More likely it'll be some sort of war at some point though.
Either way, I have the feeling Joe will finaly get the big win he's been looking for.

Caught some of the Bunce show on radio 5 tonight - Shaw, Reid, Warren and Enzo Calzaghe on there. Enzo thinks it'll be no contest.....

Could this turn out something like the Duran/Davey Moore fight? Experience over youth...

And no surprise Joe is not hitting the bag too hard. He'll be saving that left hand for Lacy's chin in the first round.

I also have a feeling that Joe will suffer with his hands in this fight. He won't give in yet I'll be interested to see if he hits hard with the left early. I also feel that Joe is going to spring a surprise and box it in this fight. He is not daft and keeps talking about this war he is going to have, I reckon he is putting us all on.
I can't help wondering whether this fight has come 2 years too late for Joe... he's been unimpressive in his last few fights and its a question really of whether that is due more to lack of motivation and his out of the ring problems or if it is due to real physical decline...

Joe should box Lacy at least early on... if his hands are good I see a clear win for him but if his hands go then he could have trouble... I just hope he doesn't go all out for an early win as that could be a mistake...

I can understand having confidence in your guy, would we be fans without it? However, I think overconfidence has put KO Artist into some sort of delusional state. To say Joe will win, fair enough, but to say it'll be one of his easiest fights is a tad on the silly side. Well more than a tad, but I don't wanna hurt feelings.

Some of you play Lacy off as a guy with no skills, and just the ability to throw haymakers. If he is tough as nails, as many think he is, fighting in England plays into his strength, seeing as he can use more rough tactics to score a W. I really think fighting in England will work more in Jeff's favor than Joe's, with the exception of the crowd.

Well, both of them have hardly scaled the dizzy heights in terms of opposition. I'd say the only time Calzaghe has faced a live contender was when he fought Omar Sheika.
This is the great thing about this fight. They meet each other on Saturday. No more excuses (unless Joe breaks his hand again in the fight)

Well, also remember that had the fight not got stopped, Lacy was taking it to Vitali Tsypko.

When has he had to demonstrate heart? You're caught up in the hype mate (as most Americans easily are).

Heart = Nigel Benn, e.g. against McClellen.

How has Lacy demonstrated heart in pounding the crap out of people fed to him with little intention of punching back?
