Tills was a decent heavyweight. But he always fell short when stepping up. This would be no different.

This. As Tillis' tank runs empty Ruddock starts to find him. Not impossible that Tillis outboxes him but I like Razor here.

James Tillis had very good skill, but always fell short outside of beating Earnie Shavers in his later years. Ruddock would eventually find him,and tag him in the seventh and eighth round, creating a stoppage.

Ruddock by tko. Because I think he's the better boxer with a nasty jab and a powerful hook uppercut, I think he will be too much for Tillis.
