Your title is incorrect. It may still be happening. They just haven't made a deal yet.

I'll change it.

There have been several conflicting reports today.

Wlad wins this via easy UD if not a late stoppage. No matter how much he's slipped.

I think Klitschko should lower his silly demands a bit. The contracts he offers are usually ridiculous, just like those of Wilder if you don't accept to dive. When Klitschko was supposed to fight Povetkin he even wanted to chose in what hotel Povetkin was going to sleep the night before and things like that.

He's a fking control freak feck. Wants his fights on his terms so that he can dope up. I see now what another member was saying about his evil, diabolical smile. The smile of el diablo.

LOL It was said by Povetkin's manager Vlad Hrunov, who is the last person you can trust in boxing. Seriously, Hrunov makes Don King look like a honest, sincere person. And Hrunov was the one that almost ruined Povetkin's career, not Klitschko. He told him to duck Wlad for 4+ years and made him look like a coward (while he definitely isn't). Hrunov also fired Povetkin's very good trainer Belov and brought up f*cking Teddy Atlas. Povetkin really got lucky that Riabinsky took over, in other case he would still be fighting guys like Oruh and Firtha, while being guided by Hrunov.

And I got laughed at for pointing out that evil smile he does. How anyone can say it's genuine with a straight face is beyond me.

The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist.

So it seems that Fres Oquendo must have forfeited his right to fight Browne despite the court ruling.
Anyone know what happened there?

It's possible that Oquendo may have taken step aside money.

Boxing purists on boxing forums want a Hagler-Hearns fight from every champion every weekend. . . But this is a business first and foremost. . . .The powers-that-be are setting up a round robin super heavyweight tournament. . .Joshua, Parker, Wilder and then I believe that Browne will defeat Wlad and the 4 titles will be held by undefeated champions. . . In 2017 Browne will fight Ortiz, Parker will fight Haye, Wilder will finally fight Povetkin and Joshua might take on Hughie . . . The winners will fight and then eventually will add the multi millions of Chinese fans with bouts involving Jun Long and Zhilei as well as the return of Tyson Fury and throw in Rico Verhoeven and Tyrone Spong to bring in additional interest and fans. . The next two years will showcase the sport of boxing via the heavyweight division and the ultimate match will feature the last two men standing in a mega event at the new Las Vegas Raiders Stadium.

I don't think the fight is announced yet because the WBA hasn't said yes to the title being on the line. Browne never got reinstated as "regular" champion. He got a top 5 rating. Browne is the WBA #5. Luis Ortiz is #1, Klitschko #2, Ustinov #3, Oquendo #4... Klitschko wants to by-pass all the guys in front of Browne. That might not happen. If you go by ratings Wlad should be fighting Ortiz for the vacant belt. Ortiz has Scott next & is scheduled to be on the Joshua undercard Dec 10. Klitschko wants a title on the line in his next fight but he is not willing to face a top dog to get it. Fury does not have the same power as Joshua, Parker or Ortiz. Those are the guys who he has to beat to get a world title. The WBA should not sanction this fight for the vacant title. If the tourney still stands he could fight Ustinov then winner of Browne/Oquendo. Ortiz is not in the tourney anymore but is still the WBA #1. If Wladimir doesn't fight Joshua, Parker or Ortiz it's a flat out duck & he knows he is done at the top. He is looking for an easy way to another title so he can retire a champion. He will do what his brother did & avoid the real threat in his final fight. He passed on the WBO belt so the #3 Ruiz gets the shot. He passed on the IBF belt & claims it's because the WBA belt isn't on the line. He doesn't want to fight the top WBA contender to get the belt so how can anyone defend him & say he is not flat out ducking the top guys? He looks shot. He might be in great shape but he looked vulnerable against Jennings & then lost to Fury. He dominated Pulev but that was awhile ago. That looks like his last dominant fight. He's a surefire hall of famer but he should consider hanging it up if he doesn't want to face the top dogs. Maybe take a farewell fight but if he wants a belt he should earn it in the ring. Joshua was willing to make a voluntary fight with him. He was the WBO #2 & could of fought Parker but passed. He is done & he knows it...

No, you owe me an apology.

As it turned out, I was right the first time and never should have changed it.
