Which british boxers have posted on forums?
I know quite a few of them used to post under their real names. They all need a boxrec account because you can't view all the details on records without one. I know they definitely read the forum (how could you not) but I've always suspected that some of them post as well under anonymous names.
Re: Which british boxers have posted on forums?
Paul Smith and Bellew used to post. Michael Hunter. Derry Matthews. Lots of trainers, some promoters even a few referees and ring announcers.
There'll be more knowledgable veterans than myself who will know more.

Have any seriously big names ever posted - I'm talking Tyson, Hamed, Benn, Klits, Hatton? That level
Re: Which british boxers have posted on forums?
Apparently this is him (Bellew states in the thread that Kell personally confirmed it to him). Didnt post much, but I used to regularly see the account listed as being online.TheLeprechaun wrote:Kell Brook??

I wish that more would tbh, but I bet they get fed up with some of the bitching that goes on .
Re: Which british boxers have posted on forums?
David Haye was quite regular on other forums. On here we've had Tyrone Nurse and Esham Pickering to add to the others

I heard from one of his relatives, that Tyson Fury "checks in" now and again. It wouldn't surprise me if he trolled himself.
I was told that Haye has been on by someone in his camp, but that was back in the news days.
Didn't Cleveley come on before the first Bellew fight?
Eddie Hearn pops in, but doesn't post, so I'm told.
Frank Maloney was always good value on here and I wish Kellie would come on.
John Scully used to post in Current Scene and was a top fella.

Re: Which british boxers have posted on forums?
Anyone else remember Howard Daley and Lee Kellett having an argument on here?
Re: Which british boxers have posted on forums?
Yeah that was a cracker - even though some of the banter got a bit personal, they seemed to be quite pally after the their fight (I think it was a draw which was a good result all round).keithmoonhangover wrote:Anyone else remember Howard Daley and Lee Kellett having an argument on here?
Didn't Pickering have a long running barney on here with another boxer ? - Hunter or somebody like that ?
Paul Smith always gets a mention in these threads, although he got some stick I thought he came across as a right miserable git.
Boomer used to be ok years ago when he posted on Warrior Boxing as "BDB" Big Daddy Bellew - but then he went off the rails a bit.
Larry O posted on boxing forums and body building forums under the same user name - often giving advice on gear - how it took so long for them to test him still remains a mystery to me.

Daley and Kellett drummed up interest in their fight. I bought tickets, but couldn't go. Their barney started on Facebook when Daley unfriended Kellett. Both canny lads in fairness.bripez wrote:Yeah that was a cracker - even though some of the banter got a bit personal, they seemed to be quite pally after the their fight (I think it was a draw which was a good result all round).keithmoonhangover wrote:Anyone else remember Howard Daley and Lee Kellett having an argument on here?

Re: Which british boxers have posted on forums?
A few years ago i remember some banter on here where a boxer went looking for someone and turned up outside a geezerz house. Cant remember the story but it was boiling over as i remember it.
