yeah good man martin, i was on a NABC course as a trainer with martin about 25 years ago he was pure class such a natural kid he was 13 i think and i was 21 and ian irwin who was the head GB coach was there a great weekend .

Fair play to the dude for going on national TV and apologising. He came across a sensible enough guy as well! Makes you wonder why the hell he was sending these messages in the first place? Mental!

Curtis came across a top bloke as well. Spoke very well and gave an insight in to what it's like for not just himself but his family and the families of other people who suffer the same abuse. Well done to him

A sense of anonymity makes people feel they can do and say anything. Stories like this are rare, Woodhouse was great here, I doubt he was ever going to batter the bloke or anything like that but what a fright he put in him. It could always backfire though, did anyone see Life's too Short with Warrick Davies? It doesn't always turn out well.

I see Dan woodgate a couple of years back at the corenet theater elephant and castle landing the best combo i think I've seen life it looked like a 5 punch combo that he's practiced on the pads with a left right then hooks and finished with an uppercut I think but the other fighter was out by the 2nd or 3rd punch and every punch landed flush.

The best knockout I've ever seen live. The chaps head bounced on the canvas just in front of me.
