But upon speaking with my triumphant trio, we have decided to stick with an equal diet of all five categories, we focus 20% on each of them.
And we shall continue to do so from hereon in.

I assume "Just train everything" would be the automatic default thing for you if the manager didn't otherwise notify you of anything else.
