Undersized Fighters
I am an undersized fighter... I'm looking to study tape of undersized boxers competing against taller opponents. I like to use tactics from past legends and even todays best fighters so I can improve my ability to get past the reach disadvantages I always seem to face and get inside alot easier.
Here's the small list that I've gathered so far:
Mike Tyson
Pernell Whitaker (even though he fought on the outside)
Julio Cesar Chavez
Rocky Marciano
David Tua (not the best boxer I know)
Joe Frazier
Vinny Pazienza
Marco Antonio Barerra (a little undersized)
Kostya Tszyu (a little undersized)
Please feel free to add to my list, because I know I have seen many undersized fighters over the years yet when I try to think of any I draw blanks.

I misread the initial post.BrocktonBlockbuster49 wrote:KOJOE90 wrote:Jack Blackburn
wasn't he a 5'11 135lb lightweight? if your comparing him to his own weight class, hes a freak of nature.
Blackburn however did fight many fighters naturally bigger than him, although yes he was very tall for a Lightweight.
