It seems Warren ducked the fight because he wouldn't fight in Europe.
So he should be stripped because he has ducked a mandatory but the scumbag WBA won't do s**t
Sosa/Smith is an interesting match up,Sosa was impressive getting Fortuna out of there last time after getting decked,Fortuna is a good fighter but Sosa turned things around and bashed Fortuna up,before that Jason had a lucky draw against Walters although I never seen that fight,I remember reading Walters was robbed,Smith coming in on the back of the KO of Brizuela and the failed world title attempt against Pedraza,Stephen had his moments in that fight and if he never got put down maybe could've rallied late on to win but Pedraza was good that night in all fairness
Pedraza is a lot better boxer than Sosa but i do think Sosa is more dangerous,I think Smith will start well against him but I think Sosa catches up with him late on and KO's Smith,I hope Stephen pulls it off though it'd be a great scalp even if he wasn't a real world champ

Worth noting that he dropped Shinsuke TWICE, and wobbled him a few other times too
