According to local newspaper, The Argus, former heavyweight prospect Mike Perez has signed up with Brighton-based Assassin Promotions along with 6,10 American heavyweight Donny Palmer (who fights this weekend against blown up cruiser Chris Healey) .
Perez is currently being trained by Virgil Hunter. Looks like a big coup for promoter Kaz Evans.
Interesting to see how it pans out. When Fury brought Fast Eddie Chambers over here they struggled to get meaningful fights. Will the same happen here?
