Worse than AA vs Paul Smith that they made enough fuss about to get a rematch.
I can't even see how McD could've fairly won by any margin...maybe by giving 2x points for flicking jabs that miss?
You saw Bellew and Smith get the memo for the last 2 rounds. In fairness it is daft having someones stable mate, and his mate commentating. But when even they give it to Solis you know something is up.

It was hard-fought and evenly matched.
IF you like McD's defence and punch-picking you could have him winning 7-5. I certainly think he woulda got 5 of rounds 7-12 for most judges, then he only needs the 2nd and 5th.

I agree it stinks - those scores were entered b4 watching the fight, but IF it'd been (say) 115-113, 114-114 and 115-114 I wouldn't be moaning.
It wasn't obvs :( :witzend:

Gonna be honest missed the first couple of rounds and didn't score but looked like solis was beating shit out of him.

I'll rewatch the fight in the morning and score.

Solis was poor in the last few rounds, but everyone seemed to be on auto-pilot scoring everything for Solis, just because he was marching forward and had been doing very well earlier on.

I've been an Ortiz fan for ages, but I think Scott could cause him some problems tonight.

I never agree with Horse, but I thought Jamie won the last 2 rounds.
