Round-By-Round - Jason Sosa (c) vs. Stephen Smith - November 12th 2016
Re: Round-By-Round - Jason Sosa (c) vs. Stephen Smith - November 12th 2016
Ortiz doesn't look great against Mobile operators but I wouldn't automatically think Joshua and the like will beat him due to him struggling to get rid of Scott.

Thanks everyone.
I'm sitting on the beach, waiting for the sunset, drinking beer, listening to the drum circle & following the boxing in Monte Carlo
Life is good.

I have to be honest- Ortiz is looking a little like he's aged overnight, tonight.

ortiz slower than benny from crossroads

Scott's much better than anyone that Joshua has beaten though.lefty wrote:Ortiz doesn't look great against Mobile operators but I wouldn't automatically think Joshua and the like will beat him due to him struggling to get rid of Scott.

Ortiz has no power there I've said it

AJ would be a totally different style for Ortiz, but I think Fury could adopt a higher-level version of Scott's approach to outpoint him comfortably.

He might get him out if he keeps going to the body.
Nobody will ever want to see Scott again after tonight.
This is his "Witter". American TV surely will never want him back on their network.

Is this still going on? I just missed 2 rounds to toast the Mrs some crumpets. Nothing here to threaten Joshua then?
Re: Round-By-Round - Jason Sosa (c) vs. Stephen Smith - November 12th 2016
Ortiz's stock is dropping by the round. Scott has no business seeing the 9th
Re: Round-By-Round - Jason Sosa (c) vs. Stephen Smith - November 12th 2016
I'm an Ortiz fan but can't argue with that. Scott has been extremely negative but Ortiz's finishing skills have been lacking.the_doctor wrote:I mean this has been a total snooze festlefty wrote:You know what I meanthe_doctor wrote: I think we've all aged overnight, tonight

AJ is a totally different style match-up than Scott. I don't think Ortiz's chances should be dismissed because a slick boxerr who is merely looking to survive is going rounds with him.Neil Gee wrote:Is this still going on? Stick Ortiz in with the winner of Whyte-Chisora.
Re: Round-By-Round - Jason Sosa (c) vs. Stephen Smith - November 12th 2016
tyson would of beat ortiz , not sure about joshua. gets hit a lot ortiz , wilder would of sparked him
Re: Round-By-Round - Jason Sosa (c) vs. Stephen Smith - November 12th 2016
Been disappointed with Ortiz tonight.
Re: Round-By-Round - Jason Sosa (c) vs. Stephen Smith - November 12th 2016
Yeah but Wilder doesn't move around the ring constantly like Scott does.brilo33 wrote:tyson would of beat ortiz , not sure about joshua. gets hit a lot ortiz , wilder would of sparked him

I'm surprised Scott wasn't holding the back of his head after that body shot put him down
