This commentary is awful!

Before tonites big show was watching USA network boxing classics on allegedly.calm informative relaxing commentary.

Than I switch to sky's show and we have that gurning growling moron Adam Smith who does everything but commentary on the punches unfolding in front of him ......and bellew who just flaps his gums non stop...felt sorry for the more capable Paul Smith next to these two awful guys.....galling,watt and malinaggi or Smith were much better.

How hard is it to put together a decent commentary team ffs .Smith's whole tenure at sky boxing has been a disaster

Nelson Smith interplay over deleon nice.

But why is Smith bitching about Malik Scott.you'd think it was another adam smith who approved the match. ...we all know Scott is a runner who mugs and spoils doesn't throw shots anytime he has stepped up a level...

They wanted a quick kayo and theuvdidnt get it but the fight hasn't been poor to watch like Smith is making out.

I ave to say Johnny Nelson is a great commentator he even made Smith stop growling and start talking about the action.

How did Smith actually get the job at Sky? He's been dreadful all along. I remember one guy who used to walk fighters to the ring on sky shows who looked a lot like Smith and I assumed it was his brother at the time. He's always seemed like someone who got the job handed to him. He's absolutely dismal. I mean, his commentary is shocking. Literally everyone I've watched boxing with while he's commentating has commented on how sh*t he is. He growls like a retard and really tries to use as many cringe-worthy adjectives as possible - "this is a meaty, juicy fight guys!!". Absolutely dreadful.

My biggest problem with British commentary is always how bias they are. Some of the most bias commentary you'll ever hear anywhere. The British fighter is always doing twice as good as he's actually doing according to them. Even if he's winning anyway.

Thought tonight was a mix of "know it all's" and guys not wanting to say it as it is and upset anyone.

Instead of commentating on what's happening there's a lot of "you don't wanna do it like that you wanna do it like this" . And when Smith asked "can Martin Murray win a world title?" The clear and obvious answer was "no. Certainly not on recent performances at168" not go round the houses not wanting to offend anyone.
