Kovalev's sparring is more competitive than his fight with Ward

Post by Jip »

before you guys call me crazy. lets be realistic for one moment :OhYes:

how did ward looked so far at LH? losing easiyl 4 rds, maybe more against sullivan barrera. in a fight in which ward struggled being the physicly smaller, powerwise weaker guy. than his fight against an 39 year old

all i am saying is, if ward struggled with a guy like barrera, how in hell is he gonne deal with guys built like tanks and who possess heavyweight power (KOVALEV; BERTEBIEV; GVOZDYK) and would crush a guy like barrera in 5 rds or less. the answer is, he would lose. he would try to techniquly beat them, they wont respect his power and walk through him, he gonne do some dirty tactics, a lot of holding and wrestling, but at the end that wont help.

kovalev sparred gvoz in the video leading up to the fight and gvoz, a 6'2 olympic elite boxer, with one of the best jabs in the game and with kovalev kind of power, would tko ward. this is so funny, that the sparring is more competitive, than the actual ppv main event. but trust, you guys will see when the kovalev/ward mismatch is over. see ya :TU:

after 19.11 we will know more.

i predict. kovalev by ud ward. because as soon as ward feels his power he will do usain bolt.

i predict, that afterwards you guys gone say "yeah, a fight with gvozdyk, who has equal power to koavelv and is natural big light heavyweight would have been more ompetitive than kovalev/ward."

and i am gone say "you're welcome, you lucky to meet one of the brightest boxing minds on earth."

Why do Kovalev fans feel the need to convince everyone Kovalev is going to win?

I dunno. I'm a fan of both but it's bloody annoying.

Kovalev is sparring with Usyk. If it was a real fight, it would clearly be much harder than against Ward.

It's like reading a Bnovelist opening post, after Bnovelist forgot how to spell, use punctuation and use capital letters properly.

Sullivan is a quality contender. At least I thought so. Losing 4 rounds to him is what you'd expect.

no. most didnt expect than. when you win barely every single round against froch and kessler, than you expect him to beat a b level lh easily.

call me jipadamus

gvosdyk won against chilembo much better than kovalev did. a 6'2 light heavyweight equaly strong to kovalev. i was right. kovalev-gvozyk sparring was more competitive than kovalev ward, cause gvozyk has more chance winning against kovalev, than ward.
