Fight prediction - Dillian Whyte vs Dereck Chisora

Post by kbackup408 »

Not long till December 10th, wanted to know what you guys feel about this match up.

Personally, I think Whyte will win on points because Chisora has a decent chin but I'm not expecting fireworks from either fighter

Points for someone!

I'm not convinced by Whyte. He tough but I've not seen the improvements you'd have hoped for since his comeback.

Chisora, at his peak, would have won but now I'm not so sure. I think the ambition that he has has been eroded a bit.

Whyte 116/112 type stuff I reckon. A good match up but unlikely to be a good watch

This, two clumsy big guys both with decent chins and not sure either is a murderous hitter, neither the greatest of stylists either, can't see it being much to look at.

Both to look woefully short of conditioning. Total clinchfest. Barely a clean punch landed in 12 rounds. The least fat one of the two wins it.

Eddie Hearn says the winner is ready for a world title shot sometime in spring

Whyte is looking in excellent shape, by far the best of his career. Can he manufacture some opportunities to floor Chisora though? No, don't think so.

Whyte to win comfortably on points, just by outworking Chisora. Plus he has a comfortable reach and height advantage, so if he's smart he'll get behind that jab.

I predict that I'll snort a full gram of proper and tank 8 cans just to get me through this pile of gash!

Chisora is tough but way past his best. Hopefully the bad blood gives him that extra 10% to make it interesting but I'll go with Whyte on points on the basis of him being fresher but not a big enough puncher to shift Del Boy.

Yes mate probably 9 round to 3 for Whyte, can't see Chisora getting more than 3
