Who is the judge that scored it 97-93 Hooker? Literally the worst scoring of a fight I've ever seen in over 20 years.

Who is the genius that scored the fight 97-93 Hooker? In case you guys missed it, Perez won pretty much every round in the fight, yet some joker actually had the nerve to score it 7 rounds to 3 for Hooker. That scorecard was astonishingly bad. I've been watching boxing for 20 years and I'd say thats the worst single scoring of a fight I've ever seen. How are these jokers still working? Bias for the American fighter and Roc Nation fighter is the only explanation for that score.

Who is the judge? Boxing fans need to DEMAND that this person is fired. No second chances HE OR SHE SHOULD NEVER WORK ANOTHER FIGHT AGAIN. PERIOD. NO SECOND CHANCE, fcuking gone. There is no "explaining" that scorecard other than to say the judge is fcuking blind or corrupt.

While we're at it, get rid of the judges in the Kovalev fight too. Kovalev drops, outthrows, outlands, and is the aggressor but somehow these American frauds score it for Ward? I mean Kovalev won every category, and we are supposed to score fights on landed punches. Compubox shows he was the busier and better lander, not to mention he also had a knockdown. But lets be honest... The judges werent scoring the fight. The fight was fixed and they had decided before they would gift the win to the American, Roc Nation promoted fight, just like the Hooker fight before.

Jesus Christ, after judging like this boxing loses all credibility as a sport, and maybe thats why its a dead sport. Mainstream media didn't even bother covering this fight, because frankly no one cares. Boxing has been relegated to an unpopular, niche, sort of small-underground sport and with sh1tty decisions like this you can see why.

Worst.card.Ive.ever.seen.in.20.years.watching.boxing.

And this is why no one cares about this sport anymore and its a dead sport. :TU: No accountability to obviously corrupt hometown officiating. I mean its 2 in your face robberies. But theyve killed the sport. Bars dont even show boxing anymore. Mainstream media didnt even bother to cover this fight. Its a dead sport and sh1tty judging largely explains why people have abandoned boxing.

Is anything going to be done about this judge or nothing, so presumably they can continue robbing more fighters in the future?

I think it was Robert Hoyle, who had McDonnell-Solis a dreadful 117-111 for McD the week before. He also had Bey-Vasquez and Barthelemy-Shafikov as 11-1 fights when they should've been scored close.

It's utterly laughable to give Hooker 7 rounds (or even 5) for that flailing crap of his, and it's hard for me to believe that scores like this are merely showings of incompetence.

You know it would be funny except that it shows how corrupt and dirty this sport is.

Like I said, this sport has lost all credibility through years of bad decisions like the 2 we saw last night.

Its not so much incompetence as it is downright corruption and fixing of fights. The decisions are political and have to do with nationality, and which boxer has a better promotional affiliation.

The sport has lost all credibility and thats why boxing is so unpopular now and has lost its place. Bars dont even show any fights any more. Major media doesn't ever cover last night's "super fight". Because there are no fans of this sport anymore. Its a dead sport, and frankly nobody fcuking cares anymore. Ward's promoter actually lost money on this card so that shows you how there is no profit margin in this sport. Because its dead. Klitschko, Mayweather, and Pacquiao were the last of the stars. Ward cant even draw 5,000 fans to Oakland and last night's ppv numbers are pathetic to say the least. Dead Sport.

The Vegas decisions have killed the sport. I know I for one am walking away. Just tired of it and quite frankly dont care anymore. This sport is dead and has lost all credibility as a sport. Id also like to say I've never actually bought a PPV, and thank God for that, and I dont know why anyone would in the future. Its a sh1t sport that lacks any and all credibility to be honest. No one in the public can even name any of the champions anymore, because no one watches boxing because its a dead sport.

Bump
So there is no accountability or punishment actions taken against this obviously corrupt judge?

Why do people even watch this sport anymore when its clearly corrupt and has no credibility whatsoever? Typical that nothing happens, thats why boxing as a sport is down the sh1tter.

Why would you care about this issue since you've already told the forum multiple times that you're no longer interested in a sport you now regard as garbage (and I'm merely paraphrasing your words in the politest manner possible)?

I've never been banned. So the punchline in your attempted "quick witted retort" failed miserably.
