Not great, but not the worst either. Joshua v Price is far worse IMO.
World champions taking part in non-title 10 rounders seems to be a thing of the past now, but this would be a perfectly acceptable non-title fight and keeps Terry active and sharp.

Exactly. Surprised they didn't keep it in-house and get him fighting for a world title instead and get a Latvian over for Evans.Boxerbeetle wrote:Stalker is already on the bill.PredatorHayds wrote:Surprised he didn't give Stalker the shot.

Re: Terry Flanagan (c) vs. Orlando Cruz - November 26th 2016
Flanagan needs a good performance against Cruz, his stock was high after the demolition of Magdaleno but the Mathews and Fana fights were pretty ordinary IMO, he still won wide but never showed his class,he had Fana down a couple of times but was boring as hell,Cruz shouldnt be in his league I remember Salido dominating him a couple years back before stopping him,Terry should be too fresh as Orlando is 35,mind you Fana was 42,I just think Flanagan has to look to put on a performance here,I've no doubt he'll win wide but whether he shines or not......

Any idea what time the ring walk for Flanegan is? I'm going to a mates fundraiser at our local but wouldn't mind watching this

Absolutely. You'll probably be able to see me in the crowd on tv - I'll be the one wearing the rainbow flag waistcoat.wesshaw1985 wrote:Orlando Cruz fan?Boxerbeetle wrote:I'm on my way to the arena, need to stop at a Burger King or something first though, been sick as a dog with a hangover today

I just read why Ahmet Paterson isn't on the bill tonight and I'm gutted for him. I think he had a good chance of beating Williams.

George W@rren front and centre at the show, wonder if he is going to be more of an on screen personality for B0xNati0n in 2017, alongside the old man...

What do people make of Alex Hughes? I seem to have seen him a few times now and always a bit 'meh'. Not seeing the fuss.

Perfect comment from Gary Lockett in his corner, I thought. 'Nobody is questioning your ability. We just want to see a bit more spunk'.Stuffs wrote:What do people make of Alex Hughes? I seem to have seen him a few times now and always a bit 'meh'. Not seeing the fuss.

Yeah pretty spot on. Technically okay (for his age and experience) but just lacks "wow" for me. For now at least.Neil Gee wrote:Perfect comment from his corner, I thought. Have they mentioned the result of the Sillett fight yet?
Re: Round-By-Round - Terry Flanagan (c) vs. Orlando Cruz - November 26th 2016
Galahad not taking any chances here. Mora has lost his last 19 fights in a row.
