Viagogo are leading the way, they've sold nearly 300, have 600 left and 6,000 people viewing the event. StubHub are looking slow, maybe they're not allowed their special allocation until after the general sale.

I'm excited about this one,basically because i'm hoping Haye,who hasn't been in a fight for almost 5 years will have receded enough for Boomer to catch him with one and make it interesting,clutching at straws i know but i can dream.

Hearn could make it much, much harder for touts, but chooses not to. Bands like Radiohead and festivals like Glastonbury have done it with much bigger events. Camp Eddie is, at the very least, turning a blind eye.

Always going to turn a blind eye when he has a sponsorship deal with a company that make shit loads from fees off touts isn't he. To be fair I hate Hearn but I do love his overhyped big shows that 'sell out in seconds' as they've been making me a decent profit for the last couple of years now......the thought of ripping of the casual divs who fall for these type of events and will pay over the odds to be there is just an added bonus haha

That's debatable. It's what the current parliamentary select committee is looking into. It's already a standard procedure over in the states for the big fights, pretty much since Mayweather v Hatton, so i think it's pretty safe to assume it's happening over here.

There is a lad I know who does this sort of thing, he plasters it all over Facebook about how much money he is making and its embarrassing.

I think fair play if some ball bag is willing to pay well over the odds, touts are just supplying what idiots are demanding but these threads are cringe.

What these fellas are doing isn't even clever, its not like you need a brain to pull this off. Congrats lads

Doubt I'll bother for this one but I picked up great seats (£300 face value) for GGG v Brook a week before the fight on Gumtree for only £35 more each so I'd just wait until close to the fight and you'll be able to get some at or near face value when the touts realise they can't shift them for 10 times the price.

Definitely the way all about being patient and holding out / your nerve (if you really want to go) and waiting till late on with any big events.......but ssshhhh don't tell everyone ha

Silly that I use Facebook as a last resort selling to people I know for just slightly over cost when the tickets aren't shifting elsewhere! If I bragged about making loads that wouldn't work, they'd all want em free.

I literally only commented to wind people up. They're convinced it's a boxing problem! Boxing is a tiny part of touting.

Go for beers arounf the venue during the undercard and head over near the main event. Hopefully the touts have had no joy and they will just be glad to be rid of the surplus. Failing that head back out on the town and watch Haye spark Bellew on YouTube when you wake up the next morning...
