If all the hatred was worth a spilled pint in the boozer and not millions of pounds these two would be tickling each other's balls in a brass house
Re: Haye vs Bellew hype real?
Seems genuine enough to me, doubt Bellew would have agreed to taking a smack at the face off, he was clocked and marked up from it.
Haye defo seems to dislike Hearn. As a result of Hayes attack, Hearn seemed to lose control of the press conference, i think he was rattled and his composure cracked.

I saw the footage as well and while David Haye did praise Hearn senior he was pretty scathing about Handsome Eddie and his antics.ALI wrote:Seems genuine enough to me, doubt Bellew would have agreed to taking a smack at the face off, he was clocked and marked up from it.

You never know with this sort of thing how much is hype and how much if any is real ... But reading the body language from Eddie , i think Haye got to him a bit .. Bellow for me came out , a bit more shaken , he loves to act the scouce hardman nutter .. But Haye is'nt having any of it , Bellow pushed to inyimidate , Haye throws a punch to show he's not ,, and it was fast was'nt it .

It's probably 80% false, 20% real.
But must admit, I just watched the press conference and had a massive smile the whole way through, some funny stuff on there. Bellew hysterically trying to bet his purse on the outcome was brilliant.
Still not buying the PPV though, unless the undercard is something special.

It's common knowledge that the toughest people in the World come from South East London.coneye wrote:You never know with this sort of thing how much is hype and how much if any is real ... Of course Bellew is intimidated. He'd from Watford. At least I'm assuming he's from Watford. I know he's from North of London & Watford is North of London. I think Ricky Burns is also from Watford. Glenn McCrory is definitely from Watford.
So anyone from Watfordville is going to be a little scared of people from London. We have electricity. And soap.

Haye would love to be sole promoter for the event and probably feels hayemaker promos could handle it - that's probably as far
as any beef or hype goes.
Haye is an astute business man as we obviously know Hearn is - both know that Bellew (and Tiny knows this himself but is ok with it as he wants the payday) is just a sacrificial lamb before the real big ££££ PPV against Joshua.
