Rumour has it Crolla v Linares II will be March 25th, so I think Quigg and other North West names will need to be kept for that. Total speculation mind.sammy95 wrote:I strongly suspect that Hayemaker promotions will provide very little capital for the undercard despite Haye moaning like a little bitch yesterday at Hearn. And given that, I suspect Hearn will sell cheap fights for big names or titles on the line; to provide 8-10 fights for the undercard that doesn't add any real value to the card as a whole.
I expect something along the lines of:
Ortiz vs a 'cheap' name - Molina maybe depending what happens against Joshua
Gavin McDonnell vs Hozumi Hasegawa for the world title (if Hearn can get it over here, but I personally think McDonnell will have to travel)**
British Title fight - Winner of Buglioni vs Burton - maybe against Callum Johnson if Buglioni wins OR Martin J Ward vs Anto Cacace
Katie Taylor
Josh Taylor in a British title eliminator (British title fight will now be harder to make with Nurse signing with Warren)
Scott Quigg in another international Featherweight test (should stay at SB for me, so many open goals for him)
Connor Benn
Isaac Chamberlain vs Wadi Camacho rematch for some sort of title, maybe the English title
+ one or two Olympian signings that Hearn will make over the coming months - Buatsai and Okolie ??
**It needs a World title fight on the undercard, so if Gavin McDonnell doesnt feature then I wouldn't be suprised to see either Jamie McDonnell given another fight down at Bantam before his inevitable move up to Super Bantam, or maybe even someone like Ricky Burns / Kal Yafai / Lee Selby.

Fury/Chisora 2, Povetkin/Wach. That was easy.keithmoonhangover wrote:Oh come on, do you even like boxing?Killer Blow wrote:The Joshua/Molina undercard isn't anything special.keithmoonhangover wrote:
It's a guaranteed sell out. It'll have a decent undercard, but it won't be anything like the Joshua-Molina undercard.Name two or three undercards better than Joshua-Molina.

Looks like the MEN is available that night, so that could well be the case. Takes away two or three fights from my list, which could maybe be replaced by some London based fighters or maybe even one or two Liverpudlians.
Callum Smith in a British title keep busy fight, and maybe Josh Warrington or Ohara Davies.

I meant British, but it's my mistake that I didn't put it on.Killer Blow wrote:Fury/Chisora 2, Povetkin/Wach. That was easy.keithmoonhangover wrote:Oh come on, do you even like boxing?Killer Blow wrote:

You must have high standards.

Expect to see Callum Smith against a Latvian binman

No. I just don't see what's so special about the card. Whyte vs Chisora has the build up factor but the actual fight is extremely unlikely to be a barnstormer. Ortiz vs Allen is an absolute joke. Katie Taylor doesn't interest me. Callum Smith in a mismatch. Buglioni and Yafai are in good fighta but that doesn't make it an amazing card.keithmoonhangover wrote:I meant British, but it's my mistake that I didn't put it on.Killer Blow wrote:Fury/Chisora 2, Povetkin/Wach. And btw, I'm not hard to please. If Ortiz was put in a competitive fight it would change my thoughts about the whole card completely.

If Ryan walsh vacates the british before then. Could see Eddie getting Reece Bellotti a shot at the vacant tittle on this card
Re: Haye v Bellew Undercard
There is no undercard.
Just the main event.

I'm sure it will be stacked. As in (quote from Full Metal Jacket) "5ft 9? I didn't know they stacked sh1t that high'"

Can't see him vacating I'm sure he wants it outright and with him.losing last time out for European title I think he will look at another defence

Thats why I said by then as in if he defends it early next year then vacates as I'm sure he said he'd try and win one more then give the belt to his dad and move on.maley1984 wrote:afcmarshall wrote:If Ryan walsh vacates the british before then. Thought he needed 2 more defences but it's only one to keep it outright. My bad.
