Nah, it's all down to Bellew trying the bully boy act against someone who's seen it all before
It's all fake. The whole thing was planned in advance.

Nothing unexpected other than that really. Haye is a bigger, badder man than Bellew, despite appearances and talk. How do we think Bellew gets on against a rampaging Chisora outside the ring for example? Del Boy would fold him up and put him in his pocket so no idea what sort of change Bellew was expecting out of a fired up Haye.

I actually don't mind Bellew away from the sport, and I tip my hat to him for his achievements. I'd never ever have thought he'd have achieved what he has, paper titles or not. Let's call this what it is though, providing Haye has enough left of course...it's a mismatch being made for maximum profit. A 50% Haye knocks Bellew out within 6 minutes.
Ha, thats funny image. Chisora would throw bellew around like an empty tracksuit and bellew couldn't do a thing about it.

I prefer him to Klitschko and the Fury's; probably on par with Price. Not that it matters, I just see through this nonsense promotion.

Like Chisora, Haye will engage and finish it when the danger comes his way. Bellew will try and box but get dragged in. I reckon he's sparked in 4, I'll give him six to allow for Sky's hype machine to rattle a bit of confidence out of me. So it's lump big time on Haye KO rounds 4-6 for me.
I see this a lot like the Enzo fight - Haye times the jab very early on and plants a right hand on Bellew's static upright chin. And goodnight.

Anybody got any idea who this security firm that Haye and Groves use?
I noticed during the groves froch build up theyre pretty heavy handed.
1 of them at the presser today is mustapha al turk an ex-ufc fighter(trained out of london shootfighters), just wondering if they are all mma lads with suits on?

Much to my enjoyment he spent most of it ripping into "the Eddie Hearn Show" at the presser, "here he comes apples and pears"

All the while Bellew sat there became irate that Haye is more interested in sticking it to Hearn & Matchroom than he was concerned by him.

Then to top it off he leaves one on Bellew in the face-off
Haha Bellew looked like a character from South Park when he got angry! He screws his eyes up and his voice goes all high and squeaky! I thought this press conference was hilarious

What a terrific 10 minutes down the pub this will be! It's all ridiculous of course but it's fun. And i really can't help but root for Haye. I don't know what it is, but he's on form and I do enjoy him when he's like this. Doesn't Bellew know that all of it was on camera when he starts lying about how he only "gently pushed him" and can't understand why he got a slap. He shoved him and you don't really do that to Haye. He'll smack you, like he did to Chisora and now to Tony.

I'm with you mate, Haye rubbed me up the wrong way with Audley fight, his Klitchko nonsense, showing up with that t-shirt, then the toe farce once he got his shot, but since then he's won me over. I caught a few episodes of him in the jungle and seemed a genuinely nice guy when away from the whole boxing showbiz charade. He's a pretty funny guy, i think he knows this Bellew match-up is just another pantomime like Chisora was. Still won't be paying for it mind you but i'll watch it with a bag of popcorn.

Yeah, they cover the matchroom angle well. Haye lost it and attacked the innocent bystander Bellew who just wanted to flick a bit of dust of haye's shirt

Haye was very agitated throughout, it's hard to see how anyone can say otherwise.

I think most people would get agitated with 3 people having a pop at you for half hour.

they rubbed Frampton the same way.
These guys are boxers, they ultimately settle the trash talk in the ring, Hearn gets to do all the arrogant trash talking but the guy on the receiving end doesn't get to ever make him pay for it.
Must be frustrating...

Joe Gallagher was embbarrasing in the build up to quigg v frampton, Eddie wasn't much better. You could see they were trying to throw Carl and Shane off but they were too calm and collected for that.

Same trainer in Hayes corner and I think you'll see a same sort of response, one that they brush off the bullshine and do the business in the ring making bellew and cold well look silly
