Mine has to be

"...the grizzled old journeyman fighter going about his work..."

Not saying I could do a better job at commentating BTW!

Used to love... "good learning fight."

Typical use.... a British prospect smacking some Argentine/Mexican/Italian hard nut full in the face for ten rounds but unable to stop them.
