Do you think he can step up? When he first came through I thought he was an excellent prospect but I don't think he has improved as much as I thought he would. I think he might have peaked already. If he was that good he would have been given a title shot already, his brothers have had plenty.

Depends on who she's fighting and at what level no?

Smith looks much better when he throws combinations rather than big single shots. Might be over confidence, might have fallen in love with his power a bit too much.

Fair play to Blackledge, no way did I think he would still be awkward & competitive after 7 rounds when he went down in r3

vs. Natasha Jones on a Sky Sports card from Dublin wouldn't shock me if she headlined...

Not sure I'd write him off just yet but I have always questioned how he would fair if he stepped up against the best.
With his power, it's easy to look like a world beater against lower level opposition. There are still plenty of questions to be answered about Smith.

I just think it will be a tough sell. Co-main event for sure but Main? If it's PPV in particular, no.

Yeah I can see that to be fair. I'd struggle to see it on PPV though.

Why are Blackledge's corner letting him continue? It's ridiculous.

She can't sell a PPV on her own, would need another 'elite' opponent and some context.. I don't know if there is anyone out there?

Sky were selling her debut as Katie Taylor night even though she wasn't headlining so they will push her for sure. She's good to watch.

Not that I expect many of us know how much women can earn at the top level in boxing but I'd imagine the money Sky and BT stump up for each regular show will comfortably cover it.

I will be suprised if womens boxing becomes as popular as womens UFC has tho.
