It annoys me this is lower on the card than the Katie Taylor marketing project.

There was an abundance of negativity about Smith during that fight.davie wrote:Everyone is talking about being worried about the lads well-being but he's glad to see the savage endingcrusader wrote:Ya, strange postdavie wrote:

And beating the 8th best SMW in the UK and probably Smiths 5th best opponent to date, all but guarantees Smith is unquestionably world class and has proven all us doubters wrong?
Bizarre
He did nothing wrong, and showed his class throughout followed by a perfect punch ending it (I, like you all, do not like to see anyone hurt).
He will continue to prove many wrong next year by winning a world title.

Yafai just nicks the third but Conception is right in there. 3-0.

lmao....he proved people wrong by stopping Luke Blackledge? When so many people predicted a stoppage before hand and were calling for the fight to be stopped?

He didn't say Smith proved people wrong by beating Luke, Crusader. He said he would prove people wrong by winning a title next year.crusader wrote:lmao....he proved people wrong by stopping Luke Blackledge? Fair play, some don't rate him, you do.
I sit on the fence somewhere, he might make it, he might not.
He has looked excellent against lower level fighters, heavy handed guys can look great smashing out guys they are better than. The big question is what happens when he can't land at ease against an opponent?
There are legitimate concerns about his mobility and skillset, I don't see that as being overly negative, just honest constructive criticism (well other than C-P calling him a flat footed bum ****edit - sorry "big stiff idiot***

Conception spent too long following Yafai in straight lines, came into the round more when he got close, but 5-0 Yafai

how does Zolani Tete compare with Yafai?
Re: Round-By-Round - Anthony Joshua vs. Eric Molina - December 10th 2016
Don't know if Conception is mentally here after losing his title on the scales, when he's competitive it's fairly even, but he only did it for about half a round again.
