Two deserved rematches! Ruiz vs Parker whyte vs chisora

Post by In the know 85 »

I'd like to see the Ruiz vs Parker rematch in America! Sure fire win for Ruiz. And the whyte vs chisora fight has to be made again, awesome old school scrap!

I don't think Parker won, I had Ruiz by at least a round, the fact he couldn't stop Parker was the nail in the coffin for Ruiz, he was never gonna get a decision in New Zealand! and I had whyte vs chisora 114-114!

I'd rather not see Ruiz vs Parker again. Fight was pretty dull I thought, and I thought Parker deserved the win. It was close, it certainly wasn't a robbery, and if anybody could do better in a rematch it'd be Parker I'd imagine.

I don't think anybody would object to a Whyte vs Chisora rematch. That was a great scrap.

I don't think you could call any very close fight a robbery but the fact fact they gave it to their national hero by only a round or two says it all! I had Ruiz just shading it, so did a lot of knowledgable people.

Lucky for Parker you were not one of the judges then :)

Ruiz needs to get in shape , weight watchers or something
lose all that fat and fight as a cruiser weight where he could become a GOAT .

I agree that Ruiz is outta shape, and the fighter you saw vs Parker has already lost 50 lbs, you should have seen him earlier in his career he looked like a sumo! I think he'd be the best cruiserweight on the planet, maybe even light heavy depend on how much he can shed.

I like the suggestion to have Parker - Whyte and Chisora - Ruiz. Give these fighters a chance to show how they would perform against different styles. We already know that in the previous styles match-up, it was close. It doesn't matter who won by a point or lost by a point, it matters that neither fighter was a clear victor in this particular match-up; and that's just as revealing as if there had been a winner. So now show us a different match-up so we can learn more.

I'd definitely watch where/chisora 2. Once was enough for Parker/Ruiz.

I agree that both Chisora and Ruiz deserve rematches, but I don't really mind if they get them or not, as neither was a robbery. I think Ruiz would beat both Chisora and Whyte. I'd give Whyte a puncher's chance against Parker and think Parker would outpoint Chisora, with an outside chance of stopping him with something big.

Chisora could probably beat Whyte in a rematch if he fought more intelligently.

A Parker-Ruiz rematch would be very interesting. If Ruiz were able to get down to 230lb or less and improve his stamina, he would probably outwork Parker for a decision. If Parker could improve his footspeed and keep the fight on the outside, he should be able to clearly outpoint Ruiz. Both have room for improvement, so whoever improves the most wins the fight.

Whyte should fight Ruiz rather than Parker. If not Ruiz then Chisora rematch or Miller would be great fights for him.

If Ruiz couldn't get in shape for the first fight he doesn't deserve a rematch on the basis of "he might win if he lost some weight"

I agree that neither was a robbery. I just think "robbery" is the buzz word on here at the moment. We've got people saying they had Ruiz/Del by a couple of rounds or less complaining about the results, it's mental.

Ruiz deserves a rematch on the basis of the first fight being razor close, though it looks like Parker will have to fight Hughie Fury first.

if I was handling chisora or whyte I would keep them away from each other, fights like that shorten careers dramatically, obviously as a fan I want to see them fight every weekend !

I like this. Ruiz v Chisora or Whyte would be guaranteed action. Parker I would prefer to see v Pulev or Ortiz or Wilder.

At this point, I see Ruiz beating both Chisora and Whyte. I'd slightly favour Pulev and Ortiz to outpoint Parker (and Ortiz would have a good chance of a stoppage), while Parker-Wilder is a toss-up.

You could do Whyte v Chisora 2 but will it have the same passion and give and take, Chisora was very slow to the corner at the end of some rounds.
