Will Joshua's Lack Of Rounds Play Into Wlad's Hands?

AJ hasn't been the distance yet, hasn't been into the later rounds and still has question marks about his stamina.

Should AJ have had more learning fights earlier? What will happen in the later rounds? Can his stamina hold up in the kind of physical fight that Klitschko will give him?

I'm a big fan of Joshua and I want him to win this fight, but while I think Wlad is well past his prime (much, much more so than Lennox was against Vitali), I think he will beat Joshua. I think Anthony has tremendous talent, but when your best opponent is Dillian Whyte and you are stepping up to face even faded Wladimir Klitshcko, it's a huge step up.

If Joshua loses to Wlad, I'll say he was a victim of Eddie Hearn's greediness. Because I think has HAS the talent to beat current faded version of Wlad, but lacks needed experience. He should have fought couople of guys like Pulev before facing Wald, but Eddie didn't want to risk megafight with Wlad at all, even if risk was only 10 or 20%.

So if Wlad wins it's because of Eddie's greediness? Nothing to do with the two boxers? Ha'way man, give your head a shake. Joshua wants this fight, Klitschko wants this fight. If they didn't, it wouldn't be happening.

You got me wrong. Eddie's greediness reduces Joshua chances to win this fight - it would sound more correct. And by Eddie's greediness I don't mean matching Joshua against Wlad. Lets say, Wlad is A-level opponent. To prepare for him you should fight at least a couple of B-level guys, but Eddie gives you only C- and D-level, because he is afraid that B-level guys can upset you, and he won't earn his mega money on mega fight. That's what I meant.

Well, I think sometimes these things are self-fulfilling prophesies, you avoid any danger and you create a fighter who doesn't have the experienced to win from the trenches come the time they need it.

That's not the full story. Hearn tried to get Pulev for Saturday, but he turned the fight down. He tried Jennings and several others before settling on Price or Molina. Joshua decides who is across the ring from him. It's his signature on the contract, not Hearn's. Eddie has done an amazing job with AJ, apart from the lack of rounds. AJ thinks he's the best heavyweight in the world and is sure he'll beat Wlad, so why is that Hearn's greed?
