EFFFF!!!!!!!! Played this game for effing 10 years and if Dave effing Moretti gave one more round to Pacquiao......that's a 30 point swing between Turnip and I!!!! I would have finally effing won this game.

Screw BoxRec, I'm out.

IMO,
TBE

Is the Mares v Cuellar fight counting towards the standings?

Just updated the scoreboard for the final time for season 12...

If you think there are errors, speak now or forever hold your peace...

I'm always wishy-washy on a next season, but Jack/DeGale seems like a good first fight.

Looks like you've pulled it off after all. Congrats!

Third will do me I suppose. Wasn't that long ago I wasn't even top 25.

Well done to the new Champion and huge thanks to JCS for running the #1 PTBF in world boxing.

Given the sh*t nature of my play over the last 8/9 fights, I'll take 7th and keep my rep semi-intact!

Thanks again, JCS and well done, cletomex.

I'll be in this next year for sure.

Has the season ended?
There are still some good fights left in the year in Japan.

Inoue vs Kono
Guzman vs Oguni
Corrales vs Uchiyama

Congrats @cletomex, well done :TU:

I seriously screwed up there in the end. I don't think I ever missed three in a row. Really lucky and happy to still finish in P2.

Thanks JCS for running this. It's basically the biggest reason why I'm still around.

Any thoughts on changes that the game needs?

Picking the exact round by KO should be more heavily weighted, imo. It is far more difficult to pick than staying safe with a decision pick. The way it is right now for missing by a round or two seems fair.

Picking the correct round of a ko victory should earn double points I think. But, you are the boss JCS.

I could see a 25% bonus for those who correctly pick a KO 5 to 9, let's say, but 100%? That's ridiculous... Plus, how about ditching the DFtP from the main board? I see no particular use for it... (That hasn't got anything to do with the fact that I had the lowest DFtP score of all this year..)

I am only speaking to picking the exact round of KO, raising the score for that from 30 to 40 points. Guessing the exact type of decision is worth the same as picking the exact round by KO right now, 30 points. I think that picking the exact round of KO is more of a risk than picking the method of decision and therefore should be rewarded accordingly.

Merry Christmas to all!

Don't really want to weight the KO more than the DECISION straight up... I think it's pretty fair as it is now..

Guessing an exact KO round is pretty much luck and I don't want to over-award something that's largely chance.

Someone on a thread came up with DFtP.. or well, the essence of it... and I ran with it.

I think it's a pretty good stat if I say so myself. though, I do think it can be reduced to 1 column from 3... so I'll do that.
