He was hurt but impossible to say if he was anywhere near "stopped" hurt from the punches

He certainly was from landing on his head however

 congratulations to Smith. Big, big win for him. He kept the pressure on and finished the unfinishable.

BHop got hit clean, but landing on his head did damage to him that was decisive. If he stayed in the ring he would of probably recovered. I don't know if he would win the fight, but I'm pretty sure he wouldn't get stopped.

But I have to say that must be one of the funniest and most dramatic ways to end your career. This is the type of sh*t that you can only get in boxing and you will never see in mma lol

Early UFC there were several fighters who were pushed through the cage door. I don't recall the promotion but I once saw a tall heavyweight scoop up his opponent and push him over the top of the cage. And of course many MMA organizations use rings so fighters getting knocked out of them happens infrequently just like it does in boxing.

Merchant would have obliterated Hopkins in that post fight interview. But instead we get Kellerman, who is totally worthless and obviously susceptible to gaslighting. Hopkins being ahead on anyone's scorecards is a farce too. Hilarious in every way.

That's the way Boxing is today. That's why I would never ever bet on any fight. The judging is worse than it's ever been in my opinion. I used to at one time stick up for the judges..not anymore.

I disagree. Judging has always sucked.

Smith accomplished v BHop what Krusher could not v BHop or Ward.

You could tell in seconds that Hopkins' legs were totally gone. Smith did what he had to do and congrats to him. Hopkins? Someone should have tried to intervene months ago.

One judge had Hopkins ahead. The other two had it close. Hopkins only won the 4th round. Most of the rounds weren't close like in other fights. Yes in general the judging sucks. Especially this fight.

My mistake then. I thought both judges had it close one had Hopkins ahead. So it was one for Hopkins, Smith close one round, Smith 69-64.

I think Bernard took this a little too literally

Kellerman had clearly prepared a grand eulogy ... then that happens. Lol
