You're aware I can't accept that as a vote?pound per pound wrote:Tyson Fury is in the nut house, he's out and can not be ranked.
Who's the active #1?
#1 I'll go with Povetkin for now, with the winner of Wlad vs Joshua passing him.
#2 Wlad
#3 Joshua
#4 Ortiz
#5 Parker
#6 Wilder
#7 Pulev
#8 Haye
#9 Ruiz
#10 Browne
#11 Whyte
#12 Jennings
#13 Teslenko
#14 H. Fury
#15 Lippe-Morrison

Why would he say that but still include Andy Ruiz on the list? What wins does he have on his resume?Horse wrote:No, he isn't.Rob3_142 wrote:You're a moron.

Quite a lot of people thought that Ruiz beat Parker.Rob3_142 wrote:Why would he say that but still include Andy Ruiz on the list? What wins does he have on his resume?

Well that's very nice, but he still lost.Horse wrote:Quite a lot of people thought that Ruiz beat Parker.Rob3_142 wrote:Why would he say that but still include Andy Ruiz on the list? What wins does he have on his resume?

Ruiz's loss to Parker is still far better than anything that Joshua has done.Rob3_142 wrote:Well that's very nice, but he still lost.

Good thing he'll lose his belt next time out if he isn't up to scratch.Horse wrote:Yes, Joshua is a very poor world champion.Killer Blow wrote:This is bad.
Re: Updating the BOXREC Forum Heavyweight Rankings
Topic A-
Fury out (title becomes vacant).
Klitcshko stays where he is.
Jennings out.
Steverne stays where he is.
Topic B-
Povetkin out.
Topic C-
Browne out.
Fury and Jennings are too inactive to remain ranked, though I would like to wish both a speedy recovery.
Steverne did have a fight scheduled which he missed through no fault of his own.
Klitcshko has a fight scheduled, though, if that were to fall through he should probably be dropped out too.
Both Povetkin and Brown can plead their innocence all they like, and given the confusing circumstances surrounding both men's first failed tests I actually had a certain degree of sympathy for them.
But two failed tests in a row is a different story.

You are quite delusional. A narrow points defeat does not override brutal knockout wins against Whyte, Molina, Martin and Breazeale.Horse wrote:Ruiz's loss to Parker is still far better than anything that Joshua has done.Rob3_142 wrote:Well that's very nice, but he still lost.

Yes, it does.Rob3_142 wrote:You are quite delusional. A narrow points defeat does not override brutal knockout wins against Whyte, Molina, Martin and Breazeale.
Parker is much better than anyone on Joshua's record.
Re: Updating the BOXREC Forum Heavyweight Rankings
That might be true, but he lost to him. Had he won, I might be inclined to agree, but he didn't.Horse wrote:Yes, it does.Rob3_142 wrote:You are quite delusional. A narrow points defeat does not override brutal knockout wins against Whyte, Molina, Martin and Breazeale.

Just out of interest, how do you see:Horse wrote:Yes, it does.Rob3_142 wrote:You are quite delusional. A narrow points defeat does not override brutal knockout wins against Whyte, Molina, Martin and Breazeale.

Parker vs Joshua?
Ruiz vs Joshua?
Re: Updating the BOXREC Forum Heavyweight Rankings
A close loss to Parker is still better than everything that Joshua has done so far.Rob3_142 wrote:That might be true, but he lost to him. Had he won, I might be inclined to agree, but he didn't.
Joshua is by far the most overrated fighter in world boxing right now.

I would predict that Joshua loses both.the_doctor wrote:Just out of interest, how do you see:

What do you think Joshua needs to do specifically to earn your approval?Horse wrote:A close loss to Parker is still better than everything that Joshua has done so far.Rob3_142 wrote:That might be true, but he lost to him. Had he won, I might be inclined to agree, but he didn't.

Re: Updating the BOXREC Forum Heavyweight Rankings
Jennings beat Artur Szpilka and Mike Perez (though I don't know much about him), Ruiz put in a very credible performance vs Parker, and Wilder has beaten Stiverne, Szpilka, and Duhaupas. Though I do think Joshua should be in the top 10. He's shown enough for that.asdfjkl wrote:But, then who has Jennings, Ruiz, Wilder ever beaten?Grailer wrote:

Yeah but are Jennings, Ruiz and Takam's wins that good that they push Joshua out the top 10?BitPlayer wrote:Jennings beat Artur Szpilka and Mike Perez (though I don't know much about him), Ruiz put in a very credible performance vs Parker, and Wilder has beaten Stiverne, Szpilka, and Duhaupas.
