Rigondeaux (17-0, 11 KO's) vs. Flores (25-0, 17 KO's) will be part of the HBO Pay-Per-View undercard to the main event which features Puerto Rico superstar Miguel Cotto making his ring return against James Kirkland. Their bout was going to a purse bid this past Monday in Panama, but it was canceled as both sides had a deal in place.

Don't know if this will help the buys for the mismatch we have.
