Kyung Hoon Lee

Post by Jabman »

I'm curious about the record of the Korean middleweight, Kyung Hoon Lee.
It seems to come up differently when you click on his name (listed as an opponent) under the records of different fighters,
for example, Yoshihiro Araki, and then Ryo Kawai.

Even then, his record appears incomplete.

Kyung Hoon Lee -- Follow-Up

Post by Jabman »

When you click on Kyung Hoon Lee under Yoshihiro Araki's record,
you get a Kyung Hoon Lee with a record of 1 (1 KO) - 1:

When you click on Kyung Hoon Lee under Naotaka Hozumi's record,
you get a Kyung Hoon Lee with a record of 2 (1 KO) - 5:

The name comes up twice; once as an inactive Super Middleweight, once as an active Middleweight.

But isn't this the same Kyung Hoon Lee?

Kyung Hoon Lee

I just checked, and the "Kyung" in the name Kyung Hoon Lee is written in different Chinese characters in different fight reports. The fighter pictured in action shots with Hozumi and Kawai does appear to be different than the fighter pictured with Araki.

Is it possible to find a more complete record for the Kyung Hoon Lee born in 1964?

There is only ONE Lee Kyung Hoon.

The 2 records are of the SAME GUY. I've sparred him twice. He's a lot better than his record(s) would lead you to believe.

I've seen him fight four times, and I keep in contact with him. He runs a gym here in South Korea.

I fight pro in South Korea and I'm super-pissed because the commission HARDLY reports ANYTHING!

I FINALLY got someone at KBC to aggree to enter my name and record (said they'd do it this month), but they're not going to enter the records of my opponents' previous fights.

So, it's going to look like I'm 5-0, all over fighters making their debuts!

Totally pisses me off.
