Awaiting Froch's response

All is thus far quiet on Planet Cobra (as he probably refers to it as).

Wonder what angle he'll attempt to take in his Calzaghe bitchfest?

Highly amusing when you compare the most recent performances of the two.

It's tantamount to comparing Johnny Ball to Pythagoras

I find most of Carl’s comments entertaining, and I think he is just hyping it up for the papers.

Having said that, his ‘Steptoe & Son’ jibes at the Calzaghes are looking a bit pathetic at the moment.

I think its time he produced a performance that backed up his talk before he shoots from the lip again.

Carl's hand has now been forced. No wisecracks will wash now. So yeah, he needs to start performing.

The new date for Brian Magee has been confirmed for May.

Why should Froch credit Calzaghe? I've not personally seen much constructive comments coming from Joe, or Frank for that matter. Not so long Calzaghe was supposed to be boxing Magee for a "world" title. In May the British title will be on the line. Nice to see someone actually keeping the boxing in perspective.
