If the WBC want to throw a trinket in, then by all means
Anything as long as they make the rematch happen.

Dereck could have won easily if he was fitter.

Whyte is young and can improve.

Will Del be fitter? Will Dill be better?

Fantastic if we can have it again!

As long as they get the rematch done that's all that matters.

The biggest 'improvement' Chisora could make to ensure he gets the nod in a close one would be to switch promoters...

Does anyone think he'd have lost that fight if he was a matchroom fighter?

The 1st fight was close and Chisora could have easily have got the nod but it was far from a robbery

Agreed. Chisora gave too many rounds away due to his fitness, can't wait to see them do it again.

I thought Dereck won the fight by a good two rounds. Dillian Whyte spent have the fight on queer street.

The best fight of 2016. It was a belter. Both fighters emerged with tremendous credit; they showed durability, mental toughness, high levels of fitness and bravery. Their rematch deserves to be for a title of some sort.

Why isn't it for the British title?

Why did Whyte vacate?

Nothing like a robbery, a good, close fight that could have gone either way. Those decisions always go with the promoters fighter though, thats my point.

Not really.

The vast majority thought that Chisora deserved the decision.

They wanted him to fight Sexton next and he saw it as a backward step.

Would love to see a rematch, I thought Chisora nicked the first fight and would probably fancy him in a rematch.

Does the WBC Silver essentially make the holder mandatory?
If so it would be a bit of a carrot for both men.

Sexton was the mandatory challenger? Sexton is awful.

I wouldn't call him awful, but the fact he became mandatory when he hasn't fought anyone with a winning record in years is a bit of a joke.

Makes you worry a bit about the standard of the domestic heavyweight scene in this country.

Tyson Fury, David Haye, Anthony Joshua, Dereck Chisora, Dillian Whyte, David Price, Hughie Fury etc.

We're actually doing very well at the moment.

The Board just need to do their job and order eliminators for the British and English titles.

The Board seem highly incompetent right now.

How many of them fighters would take a fight for the British title now though?

Possibly Hughie, but that is it, the rest all have their eyes on something bigger.

Think the winner had to face Sexton in a mandatory. Not sure what Sefton has done to deserve that mind!

In reality Hughie and Price should both be shooting for the British but multiple titles mean they think they can blag a shot elsewhere. I can see Allan v Sexton being made for the British

Some heads need to roll at the BBBofC. They don't seem to know what they are doing.

They don't have a difficult job. They just need to order some decent fights.

Allan vs Sexton for the British title is pathetic. It wouldn't even be a particularly good English title fight.
