My understanding is Spence is his mandatory if he cant sort out a unification. Spence v Kell would be a very competitive bout. Kell has heard of him. He's just playing games.

I'm saying he's not as good as a lot of people think, he does have a padded record, I think along with many that porter beat him, and GGG gave him a hiding too, those two fighters aside, what has he done??? Why is Brook still holding the belt hostage? If I was Spence, I would tell him to get out of the fornicating way if you won't fight pussy. Brook has said he would fight Khan, Pacquiao, Thurman at 147, but it is too hard to make it for Spence? Now he is saying his team wants him to move up. He will get 75% of the purse bid, and Spence is fine with the 25%. They know getting beat by "the unknown" Spence will make him look like, well, - he only has one decent win on his resume.
