Joel McIntyre recently won the English title vs Miles Shinkwin. He should go for that early 2017 then look towards Hosea Burton, Callum Johnson and Frank Buglioni. It's not the deepest division domestically so he's probably only 1 or 2 decent wins away form a British or Commonwealth title shot.

It's not that often you walk into the gym. And Anthony isn't in there Working away. I ain't a fan boy, but the man is very polite and bright. And trains like a demon. See him spar regular. And against good good lads. I'm convinced he has good whiskers. If he's head doesn't get turned. You could well have a super star on your hands. Personally, I'm as sure as eggs, is eggs

Looked good last night against a man who should not be fighting on TV. It was like taking a fat 5-a-side footballer and asking him to play in the Championship. But, you can only beat what you are fed.
