Its actually a good card. The problem they are going to have is the only fight that is not a 50-50 fight is PPV!! They should have made the whole card PPV or not at all. $13 for 1 fight...its just not going to happen.

Oh right, I can still watch Price vs. Hammer for free?! Happy days!

Is that for definite I read somewhere that Price/Hammer might be part of the pay per view bit with the rest free.

I don't know what financial arrangement ITV have with Eubank. It would seem logical, however, for Eubank's entire purse to be linked to PPV sales. If Eubank is as popular as his dad thinks he is he will be well paid. If not, he will have learnt a lesson. Personally, I think it is a decent bill but I wouldn't pay £13 just for the Eubank fight. Pity they've moved it from the London Velodrome, as I think that would be a great venue for boxing.

I guess maybe it'll be a red button thing? The problem is the information to potential viewers has been really bad. Like at least with Sky you have a committed news channel and things like 'Gloves are Off' on their dedicated sports channel. What're ITV going to do? Give it 30 seconds on the 10 o'clock news?

as if the Eubank Jr Vs Quinlan fight not being a ppv event, and the inflated price of £13 was not enough to put people off. There has been very little advertising and no mention yet of how to order the event. Looks to me like ITV are either not ready yet for ppv or this is a test event to see how things go. Either way. This event should have been advertised and plugged continuously weeks ago.

I'm a boxing fan.. Eubank Jnr is a very good entertaining boxer. Far more entertaining than some of the drivel on PPV.. I agree with Snr £20 is worth it all day long.. I think people underestimate the reach of ITV compared to Sky.. I think if pushed correctly will do over 100,000 buys just with casuals.. Eubank Snr is a bit of a muppet at times but was also fun to watch.. Why should Everything go through Hearn and Warren.. If everyone backed ITV boxing then boxing would keep getting better.. Hearn already under pressure from Warren and upping his game..

It shouldn't all go through Warren and Hearn, but it should go to a real promoter and not one that is going to rob the fighters blind and then say "the first dollar should always drop to the fighter"

I doubt ITV will use too much effort trying to remove the fights from the youtube the following day as they haven't even been arsed promoting it,if it wasn't for the Eubank's making tits of themselves then Christ knows how many people would know this was happening
