Still would be a great achievement by Jr. It's hard for him to make 168.

Yes, I would expect him to be fined 15/16 of a million. The only chance for him to be competitive is to actually sacrifice 3-4 million. Otherwise, he will just be a severely weakened target for Canelo.

Agree that @ 168 lbs Jr would be competitive.
