No he could not ...
He would get 39 points at most - and be #2 with 308 points

If Martin is ranked high on Boxrec that just shows what a joke their ranking system is. Hasn't he been inactive for a year?
Martin was just uncredebly lucky to win against Glazkov the way he did. The ranking system here doesn't see the difference between an injury based on bad luck, or a convincing KO.
That's how Martin achieved his high rank.
And no, not a year yet.
It would be the perfect "battle of the cripples", since Martin had an injury recently as well, when he received a bullet from some American passing by.
We all want to see Wilder tested by a top opponent, and would have with Povetkin but that wasn't his fault. Now, coming off two surgeries and a layoff, it is understandable that he wants a softer touch to test his hand and bicep out.
So, who do we want? The latest of the WBC rankings that I could find. Remember this will be on relatively short notice. Not sure who all is available.

just week before being tested positive Wawrzyk posted on his facebook such a story: ''someone knocked to my door, i opened the door and there is a beautifull woman and says she is from Portugal, i thought she is a tourist that lost over there so using my poor english invited her inside my home. then she says ''Vada'' - beautifull name, i thought - and i answer her ''Andrzej''. then she asked about my piss and blood. she liked me that much that she repeated it again morning.'' also, 2 weeks before being tested positive he was in Poland boxing tv program ''Puncher'' and he was joking of peds and also very negative about using it (main topic was about Michał Cieślak, a Polish CW prospect, being tested positive for peds thats why they were talking about peds. so now i wonder why he posted such a story, why he was talking such stuff if he knew that he is also not clean, if he was taking in consciously? to get even more roasted after test results come out? why using peds if he anyway had no chances of winning and risking his lifetime best salary (1.000.000 of Polish currency, much more than he earned for all his previous bouts combined)? I always thought that He and Glowacki are the only Polish boxers that can not be even supposed of taking peds. Wawrzyk doesnt even looks really athletic he is quite fat, well he's body looks little bit better after a car accident but its because he had a leg injury and can not even walk for a long time almost a year with no boxing trainings etc only workouts at gym. also i think he is just not that kind of a mentality to take peds. he is a smart and calm guy not a bad boy, not a kind of villain as Szpilka is. never seen any signs of peds in him (no pimples, not buffed up a lot in short time, not looking way more impressive in a short time). maybe im just wrong but it all seems strange to me.
and now one of the possible candidates to fight Wilder is Mariusz Wach, tested positive twice for using stanazolol.
Good news, I'm really happy, that fight would be waste of time, if Wilder want be real true serious champion he must fight with serious opponents. Sorry, he has champion belt now so when he's gonna fight with real boxers? He's over 30yo, he has 37 fights in pro career so how long he wants beat weak bums ffs? It's time for much better opponents.

I agree, strange situation, his coach and many other polish boxers is Fiodor Łapin who is determined antagonist of any peds. When someone try use it his work with this trainer is immediately over.
And why Ortiz or Parker will take hard fight, with no time to prepare, for ~240,000 usd???
I just thought since Wilder has been talking to Parker about a unification, with Parker very interested, he might want it instead of Hughie Fury. Ortiz has always said he definitely will fight Wilder. The money could be negotiated. It is only a month away though.
