Hard to disagree here. Pryor would demolish him early. Others, even if they wouldn't demolish him, they'd beat him up badly and stop him.

I don't think he'd win a round in any of them.

Guaranteed exciting Wars? Three or so immediately spring to my mind.

Dempsey vs Marciano
Frazier vs Tyson
Foreman vs Liston

- Actually any combination of those six pairing him would make for exciting fights.

I would've quite liked to have seen David Tua vs Ray Mercer - that would've been an entertaining fight however long it lasted.

Both men weren't afraid to throw punches...

It starts and ends with holyfield/Frazier for me. Morales/little red would be pretty bad ass.

Can't see a quick stoppage in that one, Mr Saad. Both men were in excellent shape in their primes.

I could see it becoming a real war if attrition. A real long drawn-out process.
One things for sure, the fans ringside would definitely get their moneys worth with this one.

Actually, the more I think about it Holyfield vs Frazier could only be truly settled by a trilogy. Let's be honest about it - they are both top operators, it's the only way.

Anthony Joshua vs Luis Ortiz... Sergei Kovalev vs Artur Beterbiev... Vasyl Lomachenko vs Mikey Garcia... Deontay Wilder vs David Haye... Errol Spence vs Keith Thurman... Gennady Golovkin vs Chris Eubank... Canelo Alvarez vs Jermall Charlo... Gary Russell vs Carl Frampton

These aren't pie in the sky fantasy fights... These fights could actually be made today... They won't be of course because who does anything logical?

I want to see obvious guaranteed WARS made that COULD and SHOULD be made... One that WILL definitely happen is Gennady Golovkin vs Saul Alvarez -- but generally the best fights out there go begging and are never made... That's not just nowadays... The best fights in Boxing never happened.

Some that COULD happen in the future -- but may not because of Boxing politics are:

Anthony Joshua vs Deontay Wilder... Alexander Povetkin vs Luis Ortiz... Oleksandr Usyk vs Mairis Briedis... Oleksandr Gvozdyk vs Artur Beterbiev

Gilberto Ramirez vs Callum Smith... Joe Smith vs Dmitry Bivol... Jermall Charlo vs Demetrius Andrade... Errol Spence vs Egidijus Kavaliauskas

Mikey Garcia vs Vasyl Lomachenko... Miguel Berchelt vs Gervonta Davis... Gary Russell vs Leo Santa Cruz

Fights that would have been extremely fan friendly -- but didn’t happen because one side of the match-up didn't want the fight:

Mike McCallum vs Marvin Hagler... James Toney vs Bernard Hopkins... Floyd Patterson vs Rocky Marciano

Wilt Chamberlain vs Muhammad Ali... Floyd Mayweather vs Keith Thurman... Ray Robinson vs Charley Burley

Ray Mercer vs Mike Tyson... Oscar De La Hoya vs Winky Wright... Roberto Duran vs Aaron Pryor

Dick Tiger vs Ray Robinson... Jerry Quarry vs Oscar Bonavena... Ray Leonard vs Mike McCallum

Joe Calzaghe vs Carl Froch... Tommy Hearns vs Michael Nunn… Ray Robinson vs Joey Giambra... Ray Leonard vs Michael Nunn

Here's one guy challenging another -- without getting an appropriate response: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mF57P1uUG0s

True.

Gatti would be in a war against Valero @ 135.

A war that would over very quickly in favor of Valero... The man was an excellent boxer... As he proved in his last fight, by taking a brawler type of fighter (Antonio DeMarco) who cut his brow open with a deep 3-inch gash from a slashing elbow -- and refused to let his corner stop the fight on TKO grounds "I want a real knockout, and I know I can get it." ... Valero boxed carefully, protecting the deep wound, and forced the stoppage.

A better match-up would be Valero vs Duran at 135... How many clever and slick boxing southpaws, with devastation in both fists, did Duran ever fight???

Tito stopping The Hitman? I can't envision that.

Hearns takes Trinidad to school. Completely outclassed him

I also give Chavez very little chance vs Duran, same for Pryor. Duran better than both clearly

I can see it... It's the Barkley/Hagler factor ... Big booming right hands from Tito -- Tommy's chin was vulnerable to guys who could throw the big hefty right -- so a lot of guys like Mike McCallum, Reggie Jackson, James Toney, Nigel Benn, and Michael Nun??? ... They would have murdered Tommy so he didn't want any.

I see a prime and prepped Pryor decisioning Duran... The same guy who KO'd Alexis Arguello twice would be too fast and too big a puncher.

I think Duran holds a lot of advantages in that match up, Pryor wouldn't be able to bully and maul Duran, and I don't think he could out box him either using speed like ray Leonard was able to. Pryor is a great, but Duran is better

Chavez would have virtually no chance vs Duran......I liked your first sentence...but by the second sentence you must have dozed.

Because you wandered deep within the borders of dreamland.........unless by "Decisioning Duran" you are talking about the very clear "Decision" by Aaron and his team to never even drive within 10 miles of the hands of stone. You won't find a word of that possible fight every having left the lips of either Pryor or his group of "Deciders"......they NEVER wanted that fight, and their full blown silence spoke volumes on that subject. Wake up and smell the coffee, nap time is over.

If the great Thomas Hearns fights Felix "Tito" Trinidad it would've been a massacre, especially at 154lbs. I don't see any indication that Tito had the ability to beat a good quality boxer like The Hitman.

Hearns would've beaten him with the jab. Plus, Tito while getting hit often in the face, like he retreats. You gotta be very aggressive to beat a guy like Hearns. Just like Sugar Ray, Marvelous and The Blade did the trick. Tito was not aggressive enough.
