Pacman v Khan
Pacman v Khan
Kugans interview with asif vali last night he said Khan had something massive and ground breaking and could not fight brook in november
The only thing it could be is pacman in Dubai for a number of reasons.
He is the only other monster fight it could be and the oil rich people are now the only people that will pay crazy money for that fight

If Ricky Burns is being talked about as a realistic Pacquiao opponent, then Khan should be in the running as well.
If Brook wasn't a bottom-feeding ducker then he'd also have a shot at getting a Pacquiao fight.

How many years is it now a "big fight I Dubai" is been mooted?
Yet it never happens

Roughly the same time as Khan has been linking himself to Floyd and Pacquiaohandsofstone wrote:How many years is it now a "big fight I Dubai" is been mooted?

Why's Brook not tried to link himself to the biggest names?davie wrote:Roughly the same time as Khan has been linking himself to Floyd and Pacquiao

As those who know me can testify I'm not a big fan of Brook, but he's just coming off of a GGG fight. So irrespective of the motives for making the fight he can't really be accuse of ducking...

But it's Horse accusing him of ducking, and he's full of shite and only looks to antagonise. Don't pay too much attention to it.lpu03rjs wrote:As those who know me can testify I'm not a big fan of Brook, but he's just coming off of a GGG fight. That doesn't necessarily follow.lpu03rjs wrote:As those who know me can testify I'm not a big fan of Brook, but he's just coming off of a GGG fight. So irrespective of the motives for making the fight he can't really be accuse of ducking...
Fighting GGG was a win win situation for Brook, no shame in losing to a middleweight wrecking machine so no need for ducking the fight to even cross his mind.
Losing to Khan, who Brook has an unnatural obsession with, would seemingly shatter Kell's insecure little world so he has a lot more motivation to duck the fight.

Re: Pacman v Khan
I'm under the impression Khan has a fight signed up with someone.
He's been training at Virgil Hunters for the last couple of weeks and he's far from a gym rat these days. He only usually trains there once a concrete fights in place.
I'm imagining as well as a big fight announcement there will be a warm up fight announced for late Feb-early march.

Re: Pacman v Khan
yeah I get that impression he got something big in the bag
the same Brook vibes surfaced last year just before the Canelo announcement
I think he likes using Brook as a negotiating tool.... bit like getting a new job to wangle yourself a payrise from your current employer
