Whereas Crawford is a huge 140lb-er that rehydrates to around the 157lbs mark by the time he enters the ring. You're proposing an unrealistic David vs. Goliath type fight.
Crawford moved up from 135 just two years ago.
And the point you're making is?

The fight can happen. Crawford could make a catchweight.

Agreed. Crawford could technically agree to engage in a catchweight less than his native 140lbs weight class, which he currently struggles to compete in (based on his rehydration weight).

So you're absolutely correct, the fight is feasible, but highly unlikely, given the size discrepancy.

I don't think there's any prestige or money in this fight for Garcia or Crawford.

The weight is irrelevant. The fact that Garcia took 2 and a half years off in dispute with Arum is what makes this as possible as Crawford/Wlad.

I am waiting for this match more than a year, but if there is a catchweight - I am not interested, and don't intend to watch.
F..k the catcweight, there are 17 weight divisions.
