Note: The video was published on the 10th January, whilst Team GGG were promoting the Golovkin-Jacobs bout.
Some light heavyweight names to consider:
• Andre Ward
• Sergey Kovalev
• Adonis Stevenson
• Artur Beterbiev
• Joe Smith Jr.
• Oleksandr Gvozdyk
Thoughts?

I think he hits harder than ward. Kovalev looks to have a stronger jab and straight but Golovkin is stonger with every other punch. Adonis has a very strong left but is getting old and looked a bit tubby in his last fight. So maybe, stronger left straight, left hook but everything else Golovkin has is stronger. Beterbiev looks very strong, not sure if Golovkin can hit harder than him, not sure. Joe smith, very naturally strong, very big looping punches but strong and strong frame. I'd give Golovkin the edge because he has the superior technique and technique is important to power. Never seen a Gvozdyk fight, no comment. I would agrue that out of all these, Golovkin is the better puncher (can put them together, more versatile, picks the right shots) whereas as I said, some may be a bit more powerful. Still, you never know, he could be more powerful than the lot of them, not much separating them at the moment which is notewortthy as he's a natural middleweight.
