Sev Philippou said she was initially chosen by promoters as one of four girls to hold up cards inside the ring to let the crowd know which round is about to begin.
But just hours before the controversial fight, the 25-year-old claimed she was told she was no longer needed after going in for a dress fitting, organised by SA Tourism.
The young Adelaide woman claimed she was then cut from the event after being singled out because of her bust size.

'It's so unfair, I'm still a bit shocked, it just didn't seem like an issue (my breasts),' she told The Advertiser.
'There was no issue at the fitting, they could have altered the dress.

Following the cut, the model decided to take to Facebook to vent her frustration.
'I am damn proud of my REAL boobs,' she wrote.
'I refuse to sit quietly and be told I do not fit into a ridiculous standard of what a girls body should look like to represent South Australia to the world...
'Especially when the Boxing Association wanted my look and had chosen me to represent there sport tonight.'
She said she was given six front row tickets to the fight.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted SA Tourism for comment.
