He fought one top opponent, a fleshy MW who despite being skilled would probably be handily beaten by the first three in the list, and he lost. Since then he's beaten up on guys who are nowhere close to the level of Degale, Groves, and Smith. Don't be one of those people who mindlessly think the bad boy swagger he shows against mediocre opponents makes him elite.
Going by his match against the opponent closest to the level of the first three, I doubt Jr. would nearly as cocky against a fighter like C. Smith, who is 4 inches taller, naturally heavier, much harder punching, and better technically.
As far as i'm concerned De Gale got beat clearly against Jack who is a pretty good fighter but not elite Grove certainly even though still young is past it Smith is a fridge contender Eubank has not peaked yet

Groves is a HUGE step up at 168 - I've seen little or nothing to make him favourite against groves. Groves would hit him often and hard, and make Eubank pay for his mistakes.

Grove made to order for Eubank easy fight for Jr
Groves is a far better fighter at than Quillan.
No mate Quinlan lacks experience he will beat Grove with another 6/7 fight's under his belt
Its time now for him to step up and fight the best ,, he claims he wants too , but now its time to put his money where his mouth is ,, I'm looking forwrd to seeing how he handles other full time profesionals with experienced corners , and money behing them to pay for good sparring .
We haven't seen enough of Eubank Jr to see how good a Super Middleweight he could be.
I do rank him in my top 5 Middleweights, I'd have liked to have seen him commit to the division and take the rematch with Saunders. Then maybe Golovkin later.
But as it stands, on your list I think he'd beat Paul Smith, Martin Murray & Rocky Fielding.
Dealers & Groves are World-class operators & Callus Smith doesn't look too far off it. I'd say they are ahead of him.

He'll probably line up a title defense against someone like Luke Blackledge or add an international elament to it by fighting a fair European-level fighter like Christopher Rebrasse.
DeGale beats him by 5/6 rounds on points, Groves and Smith jnr knock him out, Murray would be a very good 50/50 fight and Eubank stops Fielding and Smigga
All of these bar fielding have too much for eubank. Groves and Callum knock him sparko, end of. Murray and Paul smith have enough experience and know how to work him over. Degale is similar to eubank just bigger, better and way too seasoned.

I suspect Degale would outbox him and Groves and C. Smith would both stop him.
He would likely outwork Murray and steadily bust up P. Smith and Fielding.
It is hard to say, as he is so new to the division and also relatively inexperienced. I'd like to see him target the EBU and face some similar opposition to who C. Smith fought this past couple years, that would give us all a bit of an indication of where he is.
Instead he will probably pick up a few lower level wins and wait for a British belt holder to become available for a 'unification'
