Ryder v Etches

I had Ryder winning easy but ITV had it close / draw. Did anyone else see it this way ? . I thought Ryder won every round.

I didn't score properly but just watching normal I could see Ryder clearly won the first 5 and then some. Woodhall's card having Etches up in the last round gave me palpitations.

To be honest I was in and out of the kitchen making toast for the first 3 rounds, therefore, I wasn't sure but I was surprised with woodhall's scorecard. That's why I put up this post !!.

Good fight. Ryder needed that win and Etches is still a dangerous British title contender.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing from Richie Woodhall, I had Ryder winning by a mile.

John should try and bag the British title and maybe move on to the EBU belt. Very decent domecstic fighter, but he should have stopped Etches and there's seems to be something missing in terms of his ability beyond EBU level. Nothing wrong with that of course, but would be good to see him try and win a title that reflects his true level.

I really rate Ryder have done for ages. The problem he has is the inability to go through the gears.
He starts doing that I think he's capable of winning the European aswell. He has the skillset.

i think eches answered the question about his chin but ryder didnt answer the question if he has a nother gear to go to.
Love ryder and one of my fav domestic boxers but i just wish he would up the tempo when hes on the front foot as hes a beast, its like driving constenty in 3rd gear

Just seen Liam Cameron sent to.purse bids in a eliminator for English title against unbeaten big punching Lennox Clarke. Fancy it cannonball....
Clarke is local to me seen fight a few times but untested to date

I saw his debut and a couple of other fights. Alot of hype locally but till he steps up u never no. Your a step up in level so hope it happens.
