Big chance. Garcia might accept the challenge. 130 pound champs won't. Just like the featherweights who ran like rats wouldn't.

Saad, you have a long way to go to get to the window licking retard stage which seems to be your goal.. Right now you're a butt licking, finger sucking scum bag, but you may work your way up in a couple decades. Matches between boxers represented by different promoters are made -- because of the money and the prestige involved, and because the fights make eminent sense. When the fans demand the fights and the boxers ask for them, promoters generally start talking to each other.

Trust me, this is the best match-up in boxing, and I would die to see it. But, the politics would make this extremely difficult to make. And there is no money at this point for this match-up. Besides boxing fans, I'll bet little to no people know who either of these guys are.Kalan wrote:Big chance. Garcia might accept the challenge. 130 pound champs won't. Loma has huge balls.

No, he doesn't.boxing_rocks wrote:Loma has huge balls.
A real man would stay at super featherweight and become them undisputed.
Loma is a chicken.

Horse, you are a f*cking idiot. Who is there at super feather? If he stayed, he would experience Golovkin's situation where his opposition would be criticized and he would be pushed to move up.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko: I'm ready to fight Garcia at 135 lbs
I like Mikey Garcia I think he has a lot to offer, in order to bump the coin up I think more work needs to be done with Garcia to make him better known as he had that lay off.
Garcia is a good all round fighter and shouldn't be underestimated even by Lomachenko.

If they fight each other---and get other big fights---people will know who they are... You don't NOT fight because you're extremely skilled but a well kept secret from the world.. That's ass backwards.. You get the biggest and best fights done and everybody gradually gets to know who you are... If you're not getting fights because you're unknown -- you could easily be in that same position, with little movement, 10 years from nowImpractical Poster wrote:Trust me, this is the best match-up in boxing, and I would die to see it. Exactly, if this fight gets made the hype from hardcore boxing fans will transition into promotion for the fight. You simply have to bill it as a P4P war.Kalan wrote:If they fight each other---and get other big fights---people will know who they are... It would be lucky to do over 100K buys. Crawford/Postol was an extremely high level, p4p type match up which true boxing fans were excited for, and it only did 50-60K buys. Arum actually lost money on that one.TheGingerBomber wrote:Exactly, if this fight gets made the hype from hardcore boxing fans will transition into promotion for the fight. No way arum risks losing money on a ppv with these two. I do take think you can marinate or build it into the kind of money fight big enough to have tried work with Mikey.

Great news. Now that he has shaken off the rust Ive got Mikey winning a competitive but clearcut decision.

Does it have to be PPV though?Impractical Poster wrote:It would be lucky to do over 100K buys. Of course not. However, I have a hard time seeing this fight being made for several reasons:TheGingerBomber wrote:Does it have to be PPV though?Impractical Poster wrote:It would be lucky to do over 100K buys. -Garcia and Arum have a messy past
-Too much risk
-Will not generate enough money (atm) to justify the risk
Like I stated earlier, no one wants to see this match-up more than I do. I think it's the best match to be made in the sport at this time. It just doesn't seem realistic.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko: I'm ready to fight Garcia at 135 lbs
Arum wants this fight about as much as he wanted Pac vs Mayweather from 2009-2015. In other words, he doesn't want it. Until Arum dies, fights like this won't happen. If you think Arum will agree to allow M. Garcia to make big money with one of his fighters, you are delusional.

I don't think risk vs money is Loma's first priority. Arum will likely be a problem.

Do you still have Gary 'Ten Percent Connect' Russell beating Loma in a rematch?Best Coast wrote:Great news. Now that he has shaken off the rust Ive got Mikey winning a competitive but clearcut decision.

Re: Vasyl Lomachenko: I'm ready to fight Garcia at 135 lbs
Who exactly is avoiding him at 130? Berchelt who won a war over Vargas two weeks ago isnt ready yet? Berchelt who chased Loma for a year and wasnt deemed worthy because he didnt have a belt and now that he does Loma still isnt interested? There are no boxing politcal issues preventing that fight either. Gervonta Davis won a belt a few weeks ago. These guys havent even healed up yet alone decided their next moves. Mikey Garcia knocks Loma out at 135. So does Robert Easter who is 6ft tall and makes lightweight easily.
