Yeah he mentioned the North East as well as South Wales I believe. Great fighting cities, but perhaps lack the punch to meet the current standards of a Saturday night card, where the expected standard has grown massively in recent years.

How many consecutive Joshua PPVs have there been already? 3? 4? Anyway, Sky are effectively putting on 3 PPVs within 3 months (Haye-Bellew, Joshua-Klitschko, Brook-Spence), so it clearly looks like the incidents are increasing.

Joshua is a PPV fighter now. He's selling out Wembley for crying out loud - of course he'll be on PPV.

I still don't really get why you'd be so happy about cancelling your Sky subscription when the PPV sector is a completely different entity. The standard stuff on Sky recently has been pretty good.

I don't consider paying nearly 100 a month for something 'pretty good' is value for money.

Why were you paying a hundred quid for it? I've just checked and the bog standard Sky package plus Sports is less than fifty quid a month.

I also agree it would be great to see some of the local prospects in any area it goes tested against the "big boys" of Matchroom and have a chance to show their worth. Or even be showcased filling out the bill.

I wasn't, I was on a promotion. But when that was coming to an end they tried to put me up to full price. We had the HD packages & fibre optic internet with them as well, so the costs mounted up quickly. Well, they would have done but I left them.

Anar, he's not fought for a while or at least it seems. He's fighting March 4th at Rainton Meadows I believe.
